Crash and freeze reports

The Project Indigo client has a built-in crash reporter. If the game crashes or freezes, it writes a report file instead of just closing.

  1. Find the report. The crash reporter tells you where the file was saved.
  2. Write down what you were doing: the map, what you clicked, and whether it happens every time.
  3. Send both to staff, together with your @ping if the problem looked like lag.

A report file tells staff exactly where the client stopped. That is the difference between a bug that gets fixed and one that can’t be found.
